India is a highly qualified professional with a diverse background in sports massage, sports science, physiology, osteopathy, and cardiac rehabilitation. She holds a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage and a degree in Sports Science and Physiology from the University of Leeds. Previously, India worked in Cardiac Rehabilitation on Harley Street, where she gained two years of experience in rehabilitating clients pre and post heart surgery, as well as addressing complex musculoskeletal issues.

Her time on Harley Street has given her a deep appreciation for the complexity of the human body and a strong drive to help people live happier and healthier lives. With her extensive training, including her ongoing MSc in Osteopathy, India possesses a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology. She has also developed practical skills in various soft tissue techniques, including soft tissue release and neuromuscular techniques, as well as prescribing strengthening exercises and other therapeutic interventions.

India takes pride in offering tailored massages to meet the individual needs of each client. Furthermore, as a qualified yoga teacher, she can provide guidance on mindfulness and relaxation techniques, drawing from her personal interests in dance, pilates, and meditation.
